In the 16th match minute, Pescadores was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Toro to maneuver through the defense. Hilario Calisto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Victorio Txindoki scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jacobo Mikelats, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Laureano Firman charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Laureano Firman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Pescadores's José Gaspar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Pescadores from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Pescadores's Gilberto Isadore got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Pescadores's Victorio Txindoki got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Severo Haitz kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Hilario Calisto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Victorio Txindoki stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hilario Calisto couldn't finish the play. 72 minutes into the match, Pescadores's goal looked a bit too open when Sixto Eusko came free, but José Gaspar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hilario Calisto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Gaspar having to interfere. When Arif Çelebi Baydar came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the GUERNICA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arif Çelebi Baydar couldn't finish the play. In the 79th minute GUERNICA were awarded a corner. Sixto Eusko went to the cornerflag to take it. A throw-in in the 81st minute of the game was made by Salvador Bermund with Camilo Lorien as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Camilo Lorien during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of GUERNICA booed when Pescadores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Camilo Lorien didn't get a good kick on the ball.
