But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filiberto Ishmael couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aristides Paez in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zacarias Fertus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gaston Vimaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Jakes in the 14th minute of play. Arquitectura's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Filiberto Ishmael was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 35th minute. Campanas FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Domingo Rubio hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Aristides Paez fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Arquitectura's Zacarias Fertus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristides Paez in the 42nd minute of play. In the 43rd minute Campanas FC were awarded a corner. Froilan Eguen went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Campanas FC's corner Froilan Eguen fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Zacarias Fertus quite easily take care of the ball. Gaston Vimaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Jakes, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aristides Paez to make the kick off. Herminio Tome kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Arquitectura's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Paez came free, but Zacarias Fertus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 59 minutes, Aristides Paez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Campanas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aristides Paez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zacarias Fertus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiberto Ishmael in the 62nd minute of the match. Arquitectura's Zacarias Fertus played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Eguen in the 67th minute of play. Zacarias Fertus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Paez in the 68th minute of the match. Zacarias Fertus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filiberto Ishmael, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. Filiberto Ishmael fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Fertus having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Aristides Paez notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Arquitectura's Zacarias Fertus. Zacarias Fertus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Filiberto Ishmael recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 82nd minute Aristides Paez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Fertus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Ishmael in the 94th minute of play forced Arquitectura's goalkeeper Zacarias Fertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Campanas FC fully deserved thier win.
