Basilio Shantala fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Aurken having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christian Rondas got free with Arnoldo Aurken in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benito Sugoi in the 32nd minute of play forced William Furior FC's goalkeeper Emilio Chinto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. William Furior FC's Emilio Chinto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Sugoi in the 40th minute of play. Federico Gagriel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Emilio Chinto. William Furior FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The supporters of Red Bull FC™ booed when William Furior FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generoso Egun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Emilio Chinto made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Conrado Oto sent off a good shot on target. Emilio Chinto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benito Sugoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Emilio Chinto successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 67th minute, Christian Rondas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benito Sugoi in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Emilio Chinto saved William Furior FC from getting behind.
