Conchas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marcial Silban was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 70th minute Teodoro Bernebe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guaberto Atauri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ciriaco Silvino didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 77th minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcial Silban got free with Ciriaco Silvino in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 84th minute, Damian Jerico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Pelu F.C getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Teodoro Bernebe hit a great ball. Domingo Aresti made in the 93rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Gilberto Sidro however managed to control. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rene Senen in the 97th minute of play forced Pelu F.C's goalkeeper Ciriaco Silvino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over Conchas could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pelu F.C throughout the match.
