Felix Mattin's late challenge caught a Ranchillo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felix Mattin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th minute, Felix Mattin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 44 minutes into the match, FRD-Sistemas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Hernan Pinto came free, but Andres Padro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.
The wind increased when José Leal made the kick off in the second half. Nicasio Matteo in the 51stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. During the 95th minute of the match Felix Mattin completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Felix Mattin a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. FRD-Sistemas FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
