Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Benito Mouricio started the match with the kick off. If Benito Mouricio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 7th minute, Candido Ihintza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Delmiro Iliana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from David Pudes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute of the match, Natalio Illan tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Zeledon Rios saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Godfredo Caetano's late challenge caught a Ranchos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Godfredo Caetano helped the player get up and apologised. Godfredo Caetano kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, David Pudes made a precise shot to the right of Delmiro Iliana. Ranchos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Zeledon Rios came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Ranchos's Honorato Lander. But to his dismay, Honorato Lander quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The supporters of Boedo fuchibol club booed when Ranchos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fabian Llorian didn't get a good kick on the ball. Godfredo Caetano kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute David Pudes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delmiro Iliana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Godfredo Caetano lost his temper 36 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 37 played minutes Boedo fuchibol club got a freekick which was hit by Godfredo Caetano. 38 minutes into the match, Ranchos's Natalio Illan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zeledon Rios narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Honorato Lander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Zeledon Rios made a huge save. Nicasio Monico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Zeledon Rios made a huge save. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The wind increased when Honorato Lander made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Boedo fuchibol club's zone, Candido Ihintza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zeledon Rios came out of the goal and Candido Ihintza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some careless play in the Boedo fuchibol club defense, Honorato Lander kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zeledon Rios. The Boedo fuchibol club fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zeledon Rios should have stopped the shot. Ranchos's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Benito Mouricio scored to the left of an out of position Delmiro Iliana, making the score, 2-2. 63 minutes into the game, Ranchos's Honorato Lander nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zeledon Rios made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. After having played for 67 minutes, Honorato Lander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ranchos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Honorato Lander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 70th minute Candido Ihintza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Rios saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Delmiro Iliana made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when David Pudes sent off a good shot on target. 73 minutes into the match, Natalio Illan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zeledon Rios. Boedo fuchibol club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Natalio Illan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. In the 80th minute, Candido Ihintza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Benito Mouricio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Boedo fuchibol club's supporters rose to their feet, but Benito Mouricio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delmiro Iliana breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. David Pudes kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Boedo fuchibol club's Zeledon Rios played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Honorato Lander in the 93rd minute of play. Candido Ihintza hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Jaime Camerino kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, Ranchos could leave the field as winners, despite Boedo fuchibol club having more of the ball for most of the match.
