An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Duarte in the 8th minute of play forced San Lorenzo FC's goalkeeper Sebastian D'Angelo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Modesto Beltxe managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when San Lorenzo FC's Amado Ciceron fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After a rather tough play, MATAMBRE's Albano Segio got a free kick in the 25th minute. Amado Ciceron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Modesto Beltxe tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arad Campos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Modesto Beltxe having to make a save. If Amado Ciceron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amado Ciceron got free with Modesto Beltxe in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Jacobo Lamberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Arad Campos made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Amado Ciceron notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of MATAMBRE's Modesto Beltxe. Modesto Beltxe was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in MATAMBRE's zone, Amado Ciceron stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Modesto Beltxe came out of the goal and Amado Ciceron tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Generoso Larpe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 64 played minutes San Lorenzo FC got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Eskuin. In the 68th match minute, MATAMBRE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacobo Lamberto to maneuver through the defense. Amado Ciceron scored 2-0 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Modesto Beltxe, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Albano Segio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Sebastian D'Angelo came out and tried to block the shot, but Albano Segio slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 79th minute. In the 84th minute, Generoso Larpe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in MATAMBRE's zone, Benito Goi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Modesto Beltxe came out of the goal and Benito Goi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Modesto Beltxe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amado Ciceron's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. Modesto Beltxe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arad Campos in the 91st minute of play. Amado Ciceron struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Modesto Beltxe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for San Lorenzo FC. Eleuterio Aguirre charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eleuterio Aguirre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
