Jaime Enmanuel had in the 25thth minute some difficulties stopping Feliciano Sotil's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eriberto Iago in the 27th minute of play forced Club de Pesca's goalkeeper Jaime Enmanuel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 28th minute by Ramiro Lartaun got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Club de Pesca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Oscar Fernandez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Guido Berto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 46 minutes, Guido Berto made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Golpes AFC's Moises Bidari tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Moises Bidari stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guido Berto's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Club de Pesca walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
