Though ot was a great shot Chacarita Jrs.'s keeper Rolando Furtado was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Aquiles Panpili hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Vincent De Rinaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute Carmelo Bastian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Furtado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Jorrin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Rolando Furtado made a huge save. Rolando Furtado came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Barrancas's Aquiles Panpili. But to his dismay, Aquiles Panpili quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Orlando Eguzki struck a weak shot in the 21st minute. Sergio Bembe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chacarita Jrs.. In the 24th minute, Modesto Mikelar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Carlos Jorrin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 29thth minute of the game Carmelo Bastian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Chacarita Jrs.'s Rolando Furtado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rolando Furtado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Carlos Jorrin in the 30th minute. Sergio Bembe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gogo Geofredo went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Gogo Geofredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergio Bembe having to interfere. Chacarita Jrs.'s Modesto Mikelar got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 45th minute, Carmelo Bastian reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rolando Furtado. The goal made the score 2-1. After having played for 49 minutes, Carlos Jorrin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barrancas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Jorrin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Gogo Geofredo made the kick off in the second half. Rolando Furtado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Jorrin, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 55 minutes into the match, Barrancas's goalkeeper Sergio Bembe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gogo Geofredo. Rolando Furtado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carmelo Bastian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gogo Geofredo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Jorrin in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rolando Furtado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chacarita Jrs.'s Rolando Furtado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Jorrin in the 71st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Gogo Geofredo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chacarita Jrs.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Gogo Geofredo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sergio Bembe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sergio Bembe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gogo Geofredo in the 79th minute of the match. Rolando Furtado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Jorrin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chacarita Jrs.'s Rolando Furtado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Jorrin in the 82nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Chacarita Jrs.'s Modesto Mikelar got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Carmelo Bastian scored 3-1 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rolando Furtado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 89 minutes into the match, Gogo Geofredo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sergio Bembe. Barrancas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gogo Geofredo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. 93 minutes into the match, Chacarita Jrs.'s goal looked a bit too open when Carmelo Bastian came free, but Rolando Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97th minute, Chacarita Jrs.'s Gogo Geofredo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-3.
