Flamengo's Eugenio Trevino came free and shot a quick shot against goal 19 minutes in the game, fortunately 柳伟洋 had problems saving as it came toward the left post. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eugenio Trevino to strike the kick off in the second half. Fabian Turi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Romulo Ayala made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fabian Turi got free with Romulo Ayala in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Flamengo getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Bernardino Rameriz hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Eugenio Trevino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 柳伟洋 was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. 柳伟洋 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Franco, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. If Eugenio Trevino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
