In the 3rd minute Felipe Evarado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Nethercott saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Error 404's goalkeeper Aaron Nethercott, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 7 minutes had been played when some careless play by Error 404's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Prudencio Iraitz was slow to take the kick. During this time Justerini & Brooks's players had a chance to rest. If Damaso Lawrence had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Benito Xacintu fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Error 404's protests and gave Benito Xacintu a yellow card for diving instead. After 18 played minutes Error 404 got a freekick which was hit by Benito Xacintu. After a defensive mix-up in Error 404's zone, Damaso Lawrence stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aaron Nethercott came out of the goal and Damaso Lawrence tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Lin Yang Yao managed to get in a good position for a shot. Error 404's supporters rose to their feet, but Lin Yang Yao was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Caerwyn Bateson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Damaso Lawrence fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Nethercott having to interfere. Justerini & Brooks's Damaso Lawrence got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabricio Hanot's late challenge caught a Justerini & Brooks's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabricio Hanot helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd minute, Fabricio Hanot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nicolas Bastia made in the 46th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Eustaquio Chale immediately put the ball in play. Damaso Lawrence fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Nethercott having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

After a rather tough play, Error 404's Lin Yang Yao got a free kick in the 60th minute. Caerwyn Bateson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lin Yang Yao in the 63rd minute of play. The supporters of Error 404 booed when Justerini & Brooks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jeremias Maidana didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee gave Benito Xacintu a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 89 played minutes Error 404 got a freekick which was hit by Benito Xacintu. Justerini & Brooks's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
