Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bjørnar Nedal got the match started through his kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Bjørnar Nedal dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ezequiel Quinteros, 1-0. After 6 minutes, Francisco Duardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yatay and the Atletico Posadas players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 6th minute, one of Yatay:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Yatay. The goalkeeper, Ezequiel Quinteros, was totally fooled by Atletico Posadas's Mateo Mendebal, who 8 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. 16 minutes into the match, Atletico Posadas's goal looked a bit too open when Santos Astudillo came free, but Peng Fan Hong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Atletico Posadas's Benigno Izel got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Peng Fan Hong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmacio Cristofol in the 26th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Atletico Posadas's Mateo Mendebal got a free kick in the 28th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Cordarrel in the 36th minute of play forced Atletico Posadas's goalkeeper Peng Fan Hong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bjørnar Nedals short, quick shot in the 38thth minute got Ezequiel Quinteros to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Ezequiel Quinteros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bjørnar Nedal in the 39th minute of play. Bjørnar Nedal struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Ezequiel Quinteros didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico Posadas. The crowd rose to their feet as Atletico Posadas's Dimo Tzonkin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ezequiel Quinteros. That made the score 4-0 after 46 minutes of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Virgilio Cordarrel to strike the kick off in the second half. Marciano Lordi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Peng Fan Hong made a huge save. Peng Fan Hong made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when Santos Astudillo sent off a good shot on target. After 55 minutes of play, Yatay's Santos Astudillo made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Peng Fan Hong was left in no man's land by his defense there! Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Peng Fan Hong successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Atletico Posadas's Peng Fan Hong proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Atletico Posadas from getting a goal against them. In the 75th minute, Bjørnar Nedal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ezequiel Quinteros was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. Guillermo Belasko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Quinteros having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Santos Astudillo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Peng Fan Hong. The goal made the score 5-2. After a defensive mix-up in Yatay's zone, Guillermo Belasko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ezequiel Quinteros came out of the goal and Guillermo Belasko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Atletico Posadas fans cheered their team off the field, for while Yatay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
