But to his dismay, Feliberto Bortzaioriz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Roman old boys's Guaberto Igon got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute Lázaro Gelmiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Beliran saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roman old boys's Roberto Beliran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Gelmiro in the 20th minute of play. Roman old boys's Feliberto Bortzaioriz got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Natalia Natalia FC's Jacobo Telmo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Bortzaioriz in the 25th minute of play. A hard shot 32 in the game by Arnulfo Botello from a close distance when the talented Roberto Beliran managed to make a qualified save. Roman old boys's players were relieved. In the 32nd minute, David Baristo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Gelmiro in the 34th minute of play forced Roman old boys's goalkeeper Roberto Beliran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Roman old boys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnulfo Botello was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Feliberto Bortzaioriz made the kick off in the second half. Lázaro Gelmiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roberto Beliran having to interfere. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Arnulfo Botello sped through Roman old boys's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Roberto Beliran. 61 minutes into the game, Feliberto Bortzaioriz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Roman old boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Natalia Natalia FC the free kick. In the 61st match minute, Roman old boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliberto Bortzaioriz to maneuver through the defense. Natalia Natalia FC's Jacobo Telmo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Natalia Natalia FC from getting a goal against them. Roberto Beliran dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lázaro Gelmiro in the 87th minute of play forced Roman old boys's goalkeeper Roberto Beliran to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Natalia Natalia FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
