Cerrillos's Freddy Ferrer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Senio in the 21st minute of play. Miguel Hanot kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ildefonso Senio in the 25th minute of play forced Cerrillos's goalkeeper Freddy Ferrer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Yelmo AC's zone, Miguel Hanot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcelino Espiridion came out of the goal and Miguel Hanot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacobo Abarca during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jacobo Abarca kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Marcelino Espiridion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Apolo Jerrald in the 32nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Julio Karmel got free with Marcelino Espiridion in the 37th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Apolo Jerrald recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cerrillos's Freddy Ferrer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilario Carlomagno in the 41st minute of play. After having played for 44 minutes, Ildefonso Senio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yelmo AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ildefonso Senio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Apolo Jerrald put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Marcelino Espiridion. 60 minutes into the match, Cerrillos's goal looked a bit too open when Hilario Carlomagno came free, but Freddy Ferrer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Freddy Ferrer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hilario Carlomagno, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Cerrillos's Freddy Ferrer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hilario Carlomagno in the 69th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, Cerrillos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Miguel Hanot to maneuver through the defense. The Cerrillos fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Cerrillos's Apolo Jerrald looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Apolo Jerrald blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcelino Espiridion having to make a save. Cerrillos's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
