Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Omar Espiridion made the kick off and thus started the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Delmar Sadurni managed to get in a good position for a shot. Saladillo's supporters rose to their feet, but Delmar Sadurni was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matias Arnalt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Guaraní getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Elvio Tristan hit a great ball. If Elvio Tristan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Aristides Haimar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matias Arnalt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Haimar in the 17th minute of play. In the 24th minute, Delmar Sadurni made a precise shot to the right of Matias Arnalt. Guaraní 's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Gilberto Maiorga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Fabian Teodor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rafael Librado, 31 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 33rd minute Omar Espiridion shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matias Arnalt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabian Teodor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elvio Tristan in the 35th minute. In the 36thth minute of the game Aristides Haimar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guaraní 's Matias Arnalt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Delmar Sadurni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Matias Arnalt having to interfere. 39 minutes into the match, Guaraní 's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Haimar came free, but Matias Arnalt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Omar Espiridion recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nicolas Guter charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nicolas Guter the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nicolas Guter hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. When Rosendo Gonsalvo fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guaraní 's protests and gave Rosendo Gonsalvo a yellow card for diving instead. After 46 played minutes Guaraní got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Gonsalvo. Matias Arnalt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Haimar in the 48th minute of the match. After the first half Saladillo were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Omar Espiridion did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Matias Arnalt 53 minutes into the match. In the 59th minute, Saladillo's Omar Espiridion ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Matias Arnalt. Matias Arnalt yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. In the 63rd minute Elvio Tristan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Teodor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Maiorga in the 64th minute of play forced Saladillo's goalkeeper Fabian Teodor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Matias Arnalt made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Delmar Sadurni sent off a good shot on target. Vladimiro Firmin hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Guaraní 's zone, Aristides Haimar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Matias Arnalt came out of the goal and Aristides Haimar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 86 played minutes Saladillo got a freekick which was hit by Delmar Sadurni. If Gilberto Maiorga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elvio Tristan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eulalio Ramone sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabian Teodor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilberto Maiorga in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Saladillo eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
