Spectators: 7100 (Terracing: 5325, Seating: 1633, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. PIPICAT's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jockey Club Villa Maria the free kick. 15 minutes into the match, PIPICAT's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Acevedo came free, but Silvio Montrel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Aureliano Efren got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Silvio Montrel quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Danilo Tristan's late challenge caught a PIPICAT's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Danilo Tristan helped the player get up and apologised. Danilo Tristan kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. A sloppy throw-in by Marcelino Calvino in the 24th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by PIPICAT's Emilio Bela. Silvio Montrel made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Remigio Lastur sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Arnaldo Acevedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvio Montrel was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. In the 39th minute, Everardo Sal ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silvio Montrel was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 42nd match minute, PIPICAT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ľubomír Hradský to maneuver through the defense. PIPICAT's Silvio Montrel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Acevedo in the 44th minute of play. Silvio Montrel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dionisio Castel, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Silvio Montrel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Domingo Emeterio's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. 54 minutes into the match, PIPICAT's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Emeterio came free, but Silvio Montrel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 61st minute Domingo Emeterio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silvio Montrel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd match minute, PIPICAT was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Santiago Lopes to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnaldo Acevedo in the 64th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Silvio Montrel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Silvio Montrel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Everardo Sal in the 65th minute of play. In the 68th minute, Marcelino Calvino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 70 minutes into the game, Danilo Tristan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Silvio Montrel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Arnaldo Acevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out.
