Guido Berbiz started the match with the kick off. Leandro Roderigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Lain in the 5th minute of the match. Zeledon Santiago was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Conrado Salvino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. With a little luck, Guerrico FC's Zeledon Santiago got control of the ball when Hipolito Lluques tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 14th minute, Guido Berbiz made a precise shot to the right of Zeledon Santiago. Guerrico FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. With a little luck, Guerrico FC's Zeledon Santiago got control of the ball when Hipolito Lluques tried to sneak it across the goal line. Leandro Roderigo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julio Lain in the 19th minute of the match. 20 minutes into the game, Guerrico FC's Pedro Vincent nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leandro Roderigo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Julio Lain recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 29 minutes, Julio Lain made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Moreno F.C's Leandro Roderigo tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 34 minutes into the game, Guerrico FC's Pedro Vincent nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leandro Roderigo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. If Julio Lain had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leandro Roderigo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Vincent in the 41st minute of play. After having played for 43 minutes, Pedro Vincent managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guerrico FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Vincent was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Guerrico FC were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Julio Lain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Vincent blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leandro Roderigo having to make a save. In the last second Leandro Roderigo throw himself and got hold of the ball when Pedro Vincent in the 57thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 60thth minute of the game Pedro Vincent who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Moreno F.C's Leandro Roderigo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 64th minute, Moreno F.C's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Julio Lain fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Moreno F.C's defense didn't have a chance, in the 69th minute, when Faustino Pelagius scored to the left of an out of position Leandro Roderigo, making the score, 2-4. Leandro Roderigo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julio Lain in the 77th minute. After 82 minutes, Guido Berbiz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Moreno F.C and the Guerrico FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Moreno F.C getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Guido Berbiz hit a great ball. Hipolito Lluques kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Arnulfo Benvide kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Moreno F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Lain came free, but Leandro Roderigo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Aurelio Chorache hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Guerrico FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Aurelio Chorache hit a great ball. Arnulfo Benvide was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 96th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Guerrico FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
