Hugo Abadie helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute, Hugo Abadie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Caetano in the 22nd minute of play forced Mariño's goalkeeper Cesar Ritchie to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cesar Ritchie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raul Peio in the 23rd minute of play. The wind increased when Hugo Abadie made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Mariño was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Herminio Vermudo to maneuver through the defense. Raul Peio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cesar Ritchie having to make a save. When the match was over AG-Futbol Club could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mariño throughout the match.
