Atahualpa Yupanqui's Teo Hibai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Atahualpa Yupanqui from getting a goal against them. Teo Hibai didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 28th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. If Gerardo Lesardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, Atahualpa Yupanqui's goal looked a bit too open when Gerardo Lesardo came free, but Teo Hibai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Lesardo in the 43rd minute of play forced Atahualpa Yupanqui's goalkeeper Teo Hibai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaston Eliazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo Hibai having to interfere. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Teo Hibai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gerardo Lesardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, GreenLeaf FC's Atilano Guter got a free kick in the 68th minute. Atahualpa Yupanqui's Teo Hibai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Lesardo in the 72nd minute of play. With a little luck, GreenLeaf FC's Santiago Celino got control of the ball when Elpidio Dino tried to sneak it across the goal line. 79 minutes into the game, Gaston Eliazar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Teo Hibai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Atilano Guter's late challenge caught a Atahualpa Yupanqui's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Atilano Guter helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, GreenLeaf FC's Atilano Guter got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 84 minutes into the game, Maximo Shantala was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. GreenLeaf FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atahualpa Yupanqui the free kick. A collision led to GreenLeaf FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Maximo Shantala hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the match, Atahualpa Yupanqui's Albano Iliana broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 90 minutes into the match, Atahualpa Yupanqui's goal looked a bit too open when Gaston Eliazar came free, but Teo Hibai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teo Hibai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaston Eliazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. GreenLeaf FC had won after a very even match.
