Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) 7 minutes into the match, Norberto Herauso notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cobos FC's Juan Ospin. Juan Ospin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Cobos FC's zone, Norberto Herauso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juan Ospin came out of the goal and Norberto Herauso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Teodosio Abeijon scored 1-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teofilo Mede, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Tomas Harkaitz fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cobos FC's protests and gave Tomas Harkaitz a yellow card for diving instead. Juan Ospin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hernan Merexildo in the 36th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Paolo Tristan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Conrado Alvarez during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Cobos FC booed when Copacabana FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseo Gora didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herminio Deunoro was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 43rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 44th minute, Luisito Sagrario hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paolo Tristan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Teofilo Mede tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Teodosio Abeijon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teofilo Mede having to interfere. Copacabana FC's Teofilo Mede played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Harkaitz in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute Norberto Herauso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juan Ospin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cobos FC's Reynaldo Lauro got a free kick in the 60th minute. Paolo Tristan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Teofilo Mede tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cobos FC's Teodosio Abeijon got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 75th match minute, Copacabana FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ramon Ulizes to maneuver through the defense. Teofilo Mede made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Tristan in the 78th minute of play. Paolo Tristan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 84 minutes into the match, Copacabana FC's Norberto Herauso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Ospin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Cobos FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Leandro Barros hit a great ball. After 94 played minutes Copacabana FC got a freekick which was hit by Damian Silviano. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Cobos FC players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
