When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emilio Bermund to make the kick off. Ernesto Eladio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. During the 78th minute of the match Cecilio Atarrabi completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Cecilio Atarrabi a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After a rather tough play, Maltide FC's Cecilio Atarrabi got a free kick in the 79th minute. Edgard Ferran showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Eladio, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remigio Lleir during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 89th minute, Remigio Lleir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guido Cilio hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. There was no doubt that Alpachiri AFC were the better team. Alpachiri AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
