Benicio Teofilio's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Miguel Cordaro firmly grabbed it by the left post. Matias Azubeli's late challenge caught a Rivadavia AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Matias Azubeli helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th match minute, Rondeau AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matias Azubeli to maneuver through the defense. Marciano Matia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benicio Teofilio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Miguel Cordaro made a huge save. Carolo Abarca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Ponce in the 21st minute of play. Benicio Teofilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Benicio Teofilio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rondeau AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benicio Teofilio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Miguel Cordaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carolo Abarca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Harriet in the 32nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Hugo Harriet's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Carolo Abarca was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Benicio Teofilio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hugo Harriet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Rivadavia AFC's zone, Benicio Teofilio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Miguel Cordaro came out of the goal and Benicio Teofilio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Miguel Cordaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Matia in the 53rd minute of play. Atilano Cordaryal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Cordaro having to interfere. The supporters of Rondeau AFC booed when Rivadavia AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidro Gasteiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benicio Teofilio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Miguel Cordaro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. Federico Ponce kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. When Rondeau AFC's Marciano Matia in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rivadavia AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marciano Matia in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miguel Cordaro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rondeau AFC's Benicio Teofilio got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Marciano Matia's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miguel Cordaro was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. Marciano Matia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Miguel Cordaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rondeau AFC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
