The Ranchillos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nunez Cresenciano should have stopped the shot. Edgardo Gudesteo was a little too slow when Elvio Mon got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 35th minute. The score was now 2-2. After 38 played minutes Lobería AFC got a freekick which was hit by Feliberto Peli. Simon Timo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgardo Gudesteo having to interfere. Nunez Cresenciano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Tadzio in the 47th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Horacio Gines was the one to do the kick off. Nunez Cresenciano made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Jonas Cordarryl sent off a good shot on target. After 62 played minutes Lobería AFC got a freekick which was hit by Feliberto Peli. Edgardo Gudesteo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvio Mon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Horacio Gines succeeded in the game's 65th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-3. After a rather tough play, Ranchillos FC's Elvio Mon got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After 83 played minutes Ranchillos FC got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Isauro. Nunez Cresenciano was out of position in the 84 minute of play, and Horacio Gines capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Horacio Gines really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. When Elvio Mon came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Ranchillos FC fans jumped to their feet. In the 90th minute, Eloy Tab hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Edgardo Gudesteo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elvio Mon's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Lobería AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
