After 6 played minutes Peterson FC got a freekick which was hit by Victor Basajaun. In the 8th minute, Angel Javiar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Angel Javiar got free with Octavio Refugio in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Octavio Refugio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. 38 minutes into the game, Benito Frasquito was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KOMATZU FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peterson FC the free kick. After 41 minutes of play, KOMATZU FC's Angel Javiar made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Octavio Refugio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Angel Javiar struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Octavio Refugio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KOMATZU FC. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Melquiades Boniel to strike the kick off in the second half. Angel Javiar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th match minute, Peterson FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Bide to maneuver through the defense. Aristides Senin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Octavio Refugio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 60thth minute of the game Aristides Senin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Peterson FC's Octavio Refugio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 62nd match minute, Peterson FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Melquiades Boniel to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the match, Peterson FC's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Javiar came free, but Octavio Refugio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Octavio Refugio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angel Javiar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Aristides Senin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Octavio Refugio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. If Aristides Senin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Octavio Refugio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angel Javiar in the 74th minute of play. Aristides Senin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Octavio Refugio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Senin in the 80th minute of the match.
