Edelmiro Bieito charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Edelmiro Bieito the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 8 played minutes Canallada Rosarina got a freekick which was hit by Edelmiro Bieito. The supporters of Capioví booed when Canallada Rosarina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Flavio Velasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Benigno Donio got free with Ciriaco Oxel in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 13th minute, Uriel Mede got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th minute, Canallada Rosarina's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Aldo Chago fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a rather tough play, Capioví's Benigno Donio got a free kick in the 16th minute. Benigno Donio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Ciriaco Oxel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Canallada Rosarina's goalkeeper Ciriaco Oxel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benigno Donio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Mauro Bastiaro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canallada Rosarina's supporters rose to their feet, but Mauro Bastiaro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Braulio Markel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cecilio Oinaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Ciriaco Oxel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Uriel Mede could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Ciriaco Oxel made a huge save. Braulio Markel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauro Bastiaro in the 37th minute of play. Cecilio Oinaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 45 minutes into the match, Mauro Bastiaro notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Capioví's Braulio Markel. Braulio Markel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cecilio Oinaz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ciriaco Oxel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 49th minute of play. The Capioví players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Canallada Rosarina were winning 0-1.
The wind increased when Mauro Bastiaro made the kick off in the second half. Braulio Markel was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Braulio Ciano. If Benigno Donio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Uriel Mede managed to get in a good position for a shot. Capioví's supporters rose to their feet, but Uriel Mede was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciriaco Oxel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aldo Chago in the 71st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ciriaco Oxel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Canallada Rosarina's Ciriaco Oxel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cecilio Oinaz in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Uriel Mede ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ciriaco Oxel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Ciriaco Oxel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cecilio Oinaz went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. The supporters of Capioví booed when Canallada Rosarina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Cordeal didn't get a good kick on the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Canallada Rosarina's goal looked a bit too open when Cecilio Oinaz came free, but Ciriaco Oxel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 90 minutes, Cecilio Oinaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Capioví's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cecilio Oinaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ciriaco Oxel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Mede in the 92nd minute of play. Cecilio Oinaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Ciriaco Oxel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Canallada Rosarina defense, Uriel Mede kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciriaco Oxel. The Canallada Rosarina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciriaco Oxel should have stopped the shot. Capioví's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
