Gerardo Petrigai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 12th match minute, Tacaaglé AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquilino Raphael to maneuver through the defense. Rigoberto Martxot, 13 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 14 minutes into the match, ARENGREEN's Gerardo Petrigai sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Moises Emesto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 16 minutes into the game, Tacaaglé AFC's Felipe Dolcet nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benedicto Cruz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. ARENGREEN's Benedicto Cruz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save ARENGREEN from getting a goal against them. In the 31st minute Julian Jorrin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Julian Jorrin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Benedicto Cruz managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Tacaaglé AFC's Pascual Mergildo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. ARENGREEN's Gerardo Petrigai got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benedicto Cruz was a little too slow when Pascual Mergildo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 43rd minute. The score was now 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Julian Jorrin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Benedicto Cruz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in ARENGREEN's zone, Pascual Mergildo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedicto Cruz came out of the goal and Pascual Mergildo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pascual Mergildo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Cruz having to interfere. 62 minutes into the game, Gerardo Petrigai cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Moises Emesto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in ARENGREEN's zone, Pascual Mergildo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedicto Cruz came out of the goal and Pascual Mergildo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guillermo Kauldi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moises Emesto having to interfere. Benedicto Cruz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Jorrin, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Freddy Dantae charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Freddy Dantae the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After recieving a nice pass, Tacaaglé AFC's Rodolfo Guillerme tried to score from far away in the 84th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. ARENGREEN's Benedicto Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pascual Mergildo in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Pascual Mergildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedicto Cruz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tacaaglé AFC fully deserved thier win.
