Roman Palben scored 1-0 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ignacio Bautista, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Jesus Gabon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the game, Gandofi's Roman Palben nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ignacio Bautista made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 31st match minute, Gandofi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vladimiro Farias to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Jesus Gabon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eduardo Farias was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Eduardo Farias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Timo in the 45th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Severiano Rodriguez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Ignacio Bautista was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

After a rather tough play, guerrero del sielo's Faustino Mantzio got a free kick in the 53rd minute. In the 55th match minute, guerrero del sielo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Medero to maneuver through the defense. If Isidro Camerino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of guerrero del sielo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Gandofi:s goal. Jesus Gabon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eduardo Farias having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Jaime Timo managed to get in a good position for a shot. guerrero del sielo's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Timo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eduardo Farias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Gandofi's Eduardo Farias got control of the ball when Jesus Gabon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jesus Gabon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Eduardo Farias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jesus Gabon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Eduardo Farias made a huge save. Jaime Timo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eduardo Farias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Gandofi's Marco Loreto got a free kick in the 89th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidro Camerino in the 95th minute of play forced guerrero del sielo's goalkeeper Ignacio Bautista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gandofi's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
