Ariel Kelemen started the match with the kick off. Christian Henrico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Lertxun having to interfere. Tabay's Vicente Salvadore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ariel Kelemen in the 10th minute of play. Ariel Kelemen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Salvadore having to interfere. Atilano Niva kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Dante Francho, 18 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 27th minute Hermengildo Shepherd shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Salvadore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vicente Salvadore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermengildo Shepherd in the 41st minute of the match. Ariel Kelemen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Vicente Salvadore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prospero Sauveur struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Vicente Salvadore didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MARADROGA FC. 46 minutes into the game, MARADROGA FC's Hermengildo Shepherd nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vicente Salvadore made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Augusto Ubendu was the one to do the kick off. Vicente Salvadore made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ariel Kelemen in the 52nd minute of play. Alejo Abechuco's late challenge caught a MARADROGA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alejo Abechuco helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th match minute, Tabay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejo Abechuco to maneuver through the defense. Oscar Lertxun came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Tabay's Augusto Ubendu. But to his dismay, Augusto Ubendu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Oscar Lertxun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Henrico, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Oscar Lertxun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Ubendu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hermengildo Shepherd got free with Vicente Salvadore in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ariel Kelemen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Vicente Salvadore tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nestor Xabat hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Oscar Lertxun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christian Henrico, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 90 minutes into the game, Armando Sergi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tabay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MARADROGA FC the free kick. Armando Sergi hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. In the 93rd minute, Prospero Sauveur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tabay's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
