Spectators: 6655 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Virgilio Benino kicked off to start the match. Placido Efraim kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christian Eleazar got free with Venancio Elazar in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Virgilio Benino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 23 played minutes Calafate FC got a freekick which was hit by Placido Efraim. In the 25th match minute, Calafate FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Eguzki to maneuver through the defense. Venancio Elazar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Paul, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matias Jon stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dante Luke's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Christian Eleazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Venancio Elazar having to interfere. If Christian Eleazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ismael Mazuste hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Cecilio Paul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Placido Efraim scored 0-1 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Matias Jon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Christian Eleazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Virgilio Benino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Calafate FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Virgilio Benino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Matias Jon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 65th match minute, Escalada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albino Erramun to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Calafate FC's Cirilo Salvadore got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After recieving a nice pass, Escalada's Humberto Johans tried to score from far away in the 73rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Ismael Mazuste's late challenge caught a Escalada's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ismael Mazuste helped the player get up and apologised. Ismael Mazuste hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Christian Eleazar struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Venancio Elazar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Escalada. Matias Jon made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Ismael Mazuste sent off a good shot on target. 90 minutes into the game, Gaudencio Aznaro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Escalada's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calafate FC the free kick. A collision led to Escalada getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Gaudencio Aznaro hit a great ball. Virgilio Benino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Matias Jon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Humberto Johans placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Calafate FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
