In the 14th minute, Atilano Eneto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jiří Strejček. The goal made the score 1-1. Ivan Dodorol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Filomeno Mitxaut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Azopardo's Jiří Strejček threw himself towards the right post 20 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Atilano Eneto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Cecilio Emenon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Mitxaut having to interfere. Azopardo's Filomeno Mitxaut played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernardino Niguel in the 26th minute of play. Benigno Mouricio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Jiří Strejček made a huge save. Ivan Dodorol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Palomo Usuriaga FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Bernardino Niguel hit a great ball. If Bernardino Niguel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amador Cordara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jiří Strejček showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilano Eneto in the 47th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Bernardino Niguel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Filomeno Mitxaut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Bernardino Niguel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palomo Usuriaga FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardino Niguel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Filomeno Mitxaut breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 75th match minute, Azopardo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Beliran to maneuver through the defense. Ivan Dodorol fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filomeno Mitxaut having to interfere. After 81 played minutes Azopardo got a freekick which was hit by Romeo Chus. 82 minutes into the game, Ivan Dodorol recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Filomeno Mitxaut. Ivan Dodorol showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Ivan Dodorol struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Filomeno Mitxaut didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palomo Usuriaga FC. Bernardino Niguel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benigno Mouricio kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Bernardino Niguel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Filomeno Mitxaut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bernardino Niguel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ariel Richie might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filomeno Mitxaut. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ariel Richie ran back to his position shaking his head. Palomo Usuriaga FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
