Cheby F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clemente Hotz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Christian Urbasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Arnulfo Procopio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 8 played minutes Kapelist FC got a freekick which was hit by Generoso Fliz. Christian Urbasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arnulfo Procopio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 11th minute of play. Robustiano Shepherd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliberto Jakes in the 21st minute of the match. Robustiano Shepherd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Otsoa in the 22nd minute of play. Generoso Fliz hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Generoso Fliz's late challenge caught a Cheby F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Generoso Fliz helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cheby F.C booed when Kapelist FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generoso Fliz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Casimiro Naelio took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Robustiano Shepherd. Robustiano Shepherd dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Cheby F.C's Arnulfo Procopio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Cheby F.C from getting a goal against them. Robustiano Shepherd made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Otsoa in the 35th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vicente Abeitia got free with Arnulfo Procopio in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kapelist FC's Robustiano Shepherd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Naelio in the 41st minute of play. Robustiano Shepherd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Hotz in the 42nd minute of the match. A hard shot 43 in the game by Vicente Abeitia from a close distance when the talented Arnulfo Procopio managed to make a qualified save. Cheby F.C's players were relieved. Kapelist FC's Robustiano Shepherd played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Feliberto Jakes in the 44th minute of play. 48 minutes into the match, Cheby F.C's goalkeeper Arnulfo Procopio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vicente Abeitia. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christian Urbasa made a kick off. After 53 minutes, Ricardo Aires mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kapelist FC and the Cheby F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Robustiano Shepherd was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luciano Otsoa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 63 minute of play. Casimiro Naelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the game, Casimiro Naelio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Robustiano Shepherd. Casimiro Naelio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. Kapelist FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 78th minute, when Casimiro Naelio scored to the left of an out of position Robustiano Shepherd, making the score, 0-5. Arnulfo Procopio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Abeitia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arnulfo Procopio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Abeitia, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After 89 played minutes Cheby F.C got a freekick which was hit by Luciano Otsoa. Vicente Abeitia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnulfo Procopio having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Urbasa in the 92nd minute of play forced Cheby F.C's goalkeeper Arnulfo Procopio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Christian Urbasa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cheby F.C eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
