Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Gaboto AFC's Paulino Veremundo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 played minutes Que aguante Matador got a freekick which was hit by Aureliano Guerrero. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Paulino Veremundo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gaboto AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Paulino Veremundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Gonsalvo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Que aguante Matador's Juan Gonsalvo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Que aguante Matador from getting a goal against them. Paulino Veremundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Gonsalvo having to interfere. 16 minutes into the match, Paulino Veremundo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Juan Gonsalvo, 1-0. The supporters of Que aguante Matador booed when Gaboto AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Ihintza didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute, Elias Ihintza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Paulino Veremundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ceferino Cuarto in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anastasio Sidoro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Benigno Joseph received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Juan Gonsalvo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paulino Veremundo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Arsenio Bartuelo made the kick off in the second half. Juan Gonsalvo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benigno Joseph in the 53rd minute of the match. If Benigno Joseph had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Benigno Joseph put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Juan Gonsalvo. Juan Gonsalvo came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Gaboto AFC's Benigno Joseph. But to his dismay, Benigno Joseph quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Gaboto AFC's Elias Ihintza got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benigno Joseph received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Juan Gonsalvo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Que aguante Matador's Alejandro Munio got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Paulino Veremundo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Gonsalvo having to interfere. Que aguante Matador's Juan Gonsalvo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paulino Veremundo in the 94th minute of play. Gaboto AFC were awarded a corner in the 96th minute after Que aguante Matador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alejandro Luzea took the corner. The corner led Gaboto AFC's Alejandro Luzea to fire away a dangerous shot which Juan Gonsalvo despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gaboto AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
