Fulgencio Millano's late challenge caught a Underground Futbol's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fulgencio Millano helped the player get up and apologised. In the 12th minute, one of Los Hornos FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Los Hornos FC. Desiderio Peruanton shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Anier Arotza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Los Hornos FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Silvio Teyo hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Los Hornos FC's zone, Nicolas Inocente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfonso Marquez came out of the goal and Nicolas Inocente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Underground Futbol's Narciso Santio got control of the ball when Dionisio Peyo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Los Hornos FC's zone, Celso Ubelteso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfonso Marquez came out of the goal and Celso Ubelteso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 37 minutes into the match, Los Hornos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Ubelteso came free, but Alfonso Marquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfonso Marquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celso Ubelteso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Nicolas Inocente came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Underground Futbol fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicolas Inocente couldn't finish the play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anier Arotza to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Underground Futbol's Nicolas Inocente ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alfonso Marquez. Alfonso Marquez yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. In the 59th minute, Nicolas Inocente fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Alfonso Marquez, passed just outside the right post. Celso Ubelteso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Alfonso Marquez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernesto Gabino lost his temper 73 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 73 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Los Hornos FC! Los Hornos FC:s Alfonso Marquez showed great skill when he stopped Desiderio Peruanton:s penalty. In the 79th minute, Celso Ubelteso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alfonso Marquez was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Nicolas Inocente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celso Ubelteso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Marquez having to interfere.
