Emanuel Fliz made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Ambrosio Gonsalve sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Teobaldo Guter managed to get in a good position for a shot. F.C. Varrilete Cosmico's supporters rose to their feet, but Teobaldo Guter was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Virgilio Ondino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 14 minutes, Benigno Rufio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C. Varrilete Cosmico and the SAN MARTIN AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Benigno Rufio kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, F.C. Varrilete Cosmico's goalkeeper Emanuel Fliz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ambrosio Gonsalve. Emanuel Fliz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 19th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ambrosio Gonsalve got free with Emanuel Fliz in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, SAN MARTIN AFC's Agustin Rios got a free kick in the 25th minute. Virgilio Ondino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marciano Norino in the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Serafino Jerrold got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ambrosio Gonsalve fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emanuel Fliz having to interfere. The supporters of SAN MARTIN AFC booed when F.C. Varrilete Cosmico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Kelemen didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, SAN MARTIN AFC's Emanuel Fliz threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Serafino Jerrold, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Clodoveo Ilazki walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marciano Norino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51stth minute of the game Marciano Norino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SAN MARTIN AFC's Virgilio Ondino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 57 minutes into the match, F.C. Varrilete Cosmico's Teobaldo Guter sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Virgilio Ondino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With an all-out effort, F.C. Varrilete Cosmico's Virgilio Ondino threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marciano Norino, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Emanuel Fliz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ambrosio Gonsalve in the 62nd minute of play. Emanuel Fliz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ambrosio Gonsalve, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 78th minute, Marciano Norino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emanuel Fliz came out of the goal in the 80th minute to try and stop a shot by SAN MARTIN AFC's Ambrosio Gonsalve. But to his dismay, Ambrosio Gonsalve quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 84 minutes into the match, SAN MARTIN AFC's Ambrosio Gonsalve sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Emanuel Fliz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Virgilio Ondino was a little too slow when Marciano Norino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 3-1. Teobaldo Guter struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Virgilio Ondino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for F.C. Varrilete Cosmico. F.C. Varrilete Cosmico's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
