The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Melquiades Berdoi in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Melquiades Berdoi had several of the 3 N's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 22 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Damian Bittor as he didn't even see the shot coming. Antonio Sauveur's late challenge caught a Urquiza FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Antonio Sauveur helped the player get up and apologised. In the 25th match minute, 3 N was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonio Sauveur to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Alonzo Jatsu made a precise shot to the right of German Kemen. Urquiza FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. German Kemen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Feliciano Gil in the 38th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pablo Criston was the one to do the kick off. Urquiza FC's German Kemen proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Urquiza FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Melquiades Berdoi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Urquiza FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Melquiades Berdoi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Damian Bittor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Urquiza FC! With a little luck, Urquiza FC's German Kemen got control of the ball when Pablo Criston tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 83 minutes, Pablo Criston managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. 3 N's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pablo Criston was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Feliciano Gil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pablo Criston might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over German Kemen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pablo Criston ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Urquiza FC's goalkeeper German Kemen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
