But to his dismay, Emilio Gaufred quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. When Alvaro Foro fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talagapa AFC's protests and gave Alvaro Foro a yellow card for diving instead. Alvaro Foro kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernan Regis in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Justo Diagur saved Que Tul S.C from getting behind. Que Tul S.C's Justo Diagur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernan Regis in the 45th minute of play. Lisandro Veronica was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 47th minute. Que Tul S.C's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After the first half Talagapa AFC were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

If Fernan Regis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emilio Gaufred might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Justo Diagur. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. In the 67th minute, Cosme Kismi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 84 minutes into the game, Manuel Indalecio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Que Tul S.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Talagapa AFC the free kick. After 87 played minutes Talagapa AFC got a freekick which was hit by Roman Jaizki. In the 95th minute, Fernan Regis ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Justo Diagur was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3.
