The supporters of Luyaba booed when Tartagal Canalla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermin Bastia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tartagal Canalla's Fermin Bastia got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Santos Txartiko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santos Txartiko in the 42nd minute of play forced Luyaba's goalkeeper Adan Lano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adan Lano didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fermin Bastia went, in the 45th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Claudio Lluciano ran back to his position shaking his head. Luyaba's Adan Lano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Txartiko in the 75th minute of play. Pedro Gutierrez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Lluciano in the 78th minute of play. Fermin Bastia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adan Lano having to interfere. Luyaba's Adan Lano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fermin Bastia in the 86th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tartagal Canalla had played much better football throughout.
