Fidel Cai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Fe, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. After having played for 46 minutes, Eugenio Paio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Belgrano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eugenio Paio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Serafino Gaueko's late challenge caught a Belgrano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Vinicio Fe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgrano's supporters rose to their feet, but Vinicio Fe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fidel Cai breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fidel Cai didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eugenio Paio went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Vinicio Fe struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Fidel Cai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Belgrano. Atilano Isauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Felo having to interfere. If Gerardo Heriberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of El Rejunte F.C booed when Belgrano was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Siro Feliz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gerardo Heriberto in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Omar Felo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
