Raimundo Henrico charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Raimundo Henrico the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 4 played minutes Guaraní AFC got a freekick which was hit by Raimundo Henrico. 13 minutes into the match, Guaraní AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Serafin Ezkerra came free, but Romulo Goren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benito Jerrold recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Coronda's goalkeeper Aureliano Rosio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abel Urtsin. 23 minutes into the match, Abel Urtsin notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Coronda's Aureliano Rosio. Aureliano Rosio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Coronda getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Eustacio Neron hit a great ball. Pascual Fernanco struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Aureliano Rosio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guaraní AFC. Abel Urtsin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Benito Jerrold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Urtsin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Aureliano Rosio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Aureliano Rosio was a little too slow when Benito Jerrold got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-0. A hard shot by Raimundo Henrico from long distance, 44 minutes into the match, got Aureliano Rosio's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. With a little luck, Coronda's Aureliano Rosio got control of the ball when Benito Jerrold tried to sneak it across the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serafin Ezkerra was the one to do the kick off. Romulo Goren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafin Ezkerra in the 52nd minute of the match. Romulo Goren came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Coronda's Serafin Ezkerra. But to his dismay, Serafin Ezkerra quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Ulises Sotero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Romulo Goren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 66 minutes, Romulo Goren successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Ulises Sotero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aureliano Rosio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abel Urtsin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the match, Guaraní AFC's Benito Jerrold sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Aureliano Rosio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Guaraní AFC's Pascual Fernanco got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Abel Urtsin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Urtsin in the 88th minute of play forced Coronda's goalkeeper Aureliano Rosio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind Coronda's goalkeeper Aureliano Rosio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Abel Urtsin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aureliano Rosio having to interfere. Benito Jerrold received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Aureliano Rosio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abel Urtsin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aureliano Rosio having to make a save. After having played for 96 minutes, Benito Jerrold managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guaraní AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Benito Jerrold was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Guaraní AFC were the better team. Guaraní AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
