Eleuterio Mazuste was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 41 minutes into the game, Zeledon Argina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Eleuterio Mazuste was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The supporters of Cachueta FC booed when SPORTIVO DJL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anacleto Chago didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute, Nacho Gallardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marciano Urbes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Nacho Gallardo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marciano Urbes having to make a save. The Cachueta FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. SPORTIVO DJL were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
