Jimeno Jaume dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 14th match minute, Los del Parque was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aquilino Bizen to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, Raimundo Jax sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Los del Parque's Jimeno Jaume didn't even have to move. 20 minutes into the game, Zeledon Argina cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jimeno Jaume was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Zeledon Argina managed to get in a good position for a shot. SPORTIVO DJL's supporters rose to their feet, but Zeledon Argina was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jimeno Jaume breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Juan Lleir succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 26th playminute. Marciano Urbes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustino Jerardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. SPORTIVO DJL's Zeledon Argina got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Faustino Jerardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 39 minutes, Juan Lleir mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SPORTIVO DJL and the Los del Parque players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, SPORTIVO DJL's Marciano Urbes got control of the ball when Faustino Jerardo tried to sneak it across the goal line. SPORTIVO DJL's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
