When Geronimo Quintyn fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Yupanqui's protests and gave Geronimo Quintyn a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, FC Yupanqui's Geronimo Quintyn got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 23rd minute Mateo Gilesindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saul Gaspard saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Jacinto Gombal could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Saul Gaspard however easily saved by the left post. FC PORTO's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when Jacinto Gombal scored to the left of an out of position Saul Gaspard, making the score, 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mateo Gilesindo in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Saul Gaspard saved FC PORTO from getting behind. In the 33rd minute, Humberto Savion hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Saul Gaspard showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateo Gilesindo in the 37th minute of the match. After 43 played minutes, FC PORTO's Dalmacio Iaki shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erasmo Fidensio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in FC PORTO reached it. A collision led to FC PORTO getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Silvio Cai hit a great ball. FC PORTO's Saul Gaspard proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save FC PORTO from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mateo Gilesindo made a kick off. FC Yupanqui's Erasmo Fidensio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Iker Xabel in the 58th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mateo Gilesindo in the 60th minute of play forced FC PORTO's goalkeeper Saul Gaspard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC PORTO's goalkeeper Saul Gaspard, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 64thth minute of the game Jacinto Gombal who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC PORTO's Saul Gaspard was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to FC Yupanqui getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Santiago Cordarius hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in FC Yupanqui's zone, Iker Xabel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Erasmo Fidensio came out of the goal and Iker Xabel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristo Guerau got free with Erasmo Fidensio in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Erasmo Fidensio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iker Xabel in the 73rd minute of play. In the 77th minute Iker Xabel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erasmo Fidensio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When FC Yupanqui's Jacinto Gombal in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC PORTO's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Jacinto Gombal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Saul Gaspard was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. Saul Gaspard came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Yupanqui's Mateo Gilesindo. But to his dismay, Mateo Gilesindo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Cristo Guerau came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Erasmo Fidensio could save by the left post. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC PORTO players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Yupanqui.
