After a defensive mix-up in Harestua IL's zone, Cleto Miro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Fe came out of the goal and Cleto Miro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute Nunez Etor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Elias Fe saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leandro Marko scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Urbano Fernanco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. SAN MARTIN's Urbano Fernanco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Desiderio Quentin in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th match minute, SAN MARTIN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cayetano Sidoro to maneuver through the defense. Desiderio Quentin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbano Fernanco having to interfere. In the 34th minute Desiderio Quentin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbano Fernanco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 34 minutes, Cayetano Sidoro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SAN MARTIN and the Harestua IL players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Leandro Marko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Cleto Miro managed to get in a good position for a shot. SAN MARTIN's supporters rose to their feet, but Cleto Miro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elias Fe breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Harestua IL's Elias Fe played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Miro in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Harestua IL's Leandro Marko got a free kick in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute, Hipolito Bastia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Cleto Miro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Elias Fe was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Cleto Miro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Fe having to interfere. When Braulio Llorienzo fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SAN MARTIN's protests and gave Braulio Llorienzo a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, SAN MARTIN's Braulio Llorienzo got a free kick in the 69th minute. Cayetano Sidoro got his second yellow card in the match during the 71st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. SAN MARTIN's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
