After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Octavio Hats managed to get in a good position for a shot. ORION's supporters rose to their feet, but Octavio Hats was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Colon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gerardo Petrigai sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Pelicurá's Benito Colon got control of the ball when Jeronimo Rainerio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 30 minutes into the game, one of Pelicurá:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 34th minute, Clodoveo Salomone hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Petrigai in the 37th minute of play forced ORION's goalkeeper Cosme Colas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of ORION booed when Pelicurá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Ikatz didn't get a good kick on the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gerardo Petrigai made a kick off. Gerardo Petrigai received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cosme Colas came out and tried to block the shot, but Gerardo Petrigai slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 55th minute. Octavio Hats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Octavio Hats had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Pelicurá's Herminio Valente got a free kick in the 61st minute. Jeronimo Rainerio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Benito Colon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 68thth minute of the game Octavio Hats who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pelicurá's Benito Colon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Benito Colon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Octavio Hats, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. Tomas Cisco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cosme Colas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Tomas Cisco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cosme Colas having to make a save. In the 77th minute Octavio Hats shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Colon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Pelicurá getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Ignacio Ikatz hit a great ball. In the 87th minute, Octavio Hats made a precise shot to the right of Benito Colon. Pelicurá's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 92nd minute Jeronimo Rainerio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Colon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ORION were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Pelicurá for a fine match.
