Spectators: 7223 (Terracing: 5419, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 143) Ciro Weather made the kick off and thus started the match. Aaron Ceandro's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Eustaquio Mel - 0-1 was put on the score board in the 6th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Freddy Loco in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eustaquio Mel saved SASTRE A.E. from getting behind. Teofilo Peyo hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Eustaquio Mel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Loco in the 20th minute of play. Aaron Ceandro hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Santo Olando took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 31st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Faustino Fiz. BENY's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After 32 played minutes BENY got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Cambranes. In the 38th match minute, BENY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Sabin to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute Aureliano Froylan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eustaquio Mel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Honorio Cambranes during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of SASTRE A.E. booed when BENY was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorio Cambranes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 44th play minute Rigoberto Sayveon came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Faustino Fiz. 2-2. After a defensive mix-up in SASTRE A.E.'s zone, Aureliano Froylan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustaquio Mel came out of the goal and Aureliano Froylan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Freddy Loco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, SASTRE A.E.'s Rigoberto Sayveon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Faustino Fiz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Eliseo Chucho kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in SASTRE A.E.'s zone, Aaron Ceandro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eustaquio Mel came out of the goal and Aaron Ceandro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eustaquio Mel was out of position in the 60 minute of play, and Freddy Loco capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Freddy Loco really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. In the 67th minute, Rigoberto Sayveon made a precise shot to the right of Faustino Fiz. BENY's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-3. Ciro Weather received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Faustino Fiz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antonio Gaskon charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Antonio Gaskon the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 71st minute, one of BENY:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for BENY. Eustaquio Mel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Aureliano Froylan in the 79th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Aureliano Froylan kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Eustaquio Mel. That made the score 4-4 in the 79 minute of play. Faustino Fiz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rigoberto Sayveon went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-4 was the resulting score. Freddy Loco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustaquio Mel having to interfere. Eustaquio Mel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Freddy Loco, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Eustaquio Mel made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Aureliano Froylan sent off a good shot on target. Rigoberto Sayveon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
