After 37 played minutes Faustino Garin rounded Dep Fenix's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-1. After 66 minutes, Alejo Bidari mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dep Fenix and the Sarandí players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dep Fenix's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evaristo Castulo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Evaristo Castulo scored 2-2 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Filiberto Christobal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Dep Fenix booed when Sarandí was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Samuel Naelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
