Spectators: 7201 (Terracing: 5402, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 143) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jaime Roano started the match with the kick off. Casimiro Leoncio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Asteri having to interfere. Adolfo Ignado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Arturo Asteri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Casimiro Leoncio in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arturo Asteri saved Moscovi from getting behind. Casimiro Leoncio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Asteri having to interfere. Arturo Asteri showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Leoncio, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Horacio Hanot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Moscovi's supporters rose to their feet, but Horacio Hanot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Natalio Saturnin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Horacio Hanot came up free with the goalie in the 31st minute, the Moscovi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Horacio Hanot couldn't finish the play. Jaime Roano struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Natalio Saturnin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moscovi. After a rather tough play, Moscovi's Hugo Ostadar got a free kick in the 36th minute. Adolfo Ignado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arturo Asteri having to interfere. Arturo Asteri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Casimiro Leoncio in the 40th minute of play. In the 46th minute Adolfo Ignado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arturo Asteri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Casimiro Leoncio made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, Curacó AFC's Casimiro Leoncio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Arturo Asteri. Arturo Asteri yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. Moscovi's Arturo Asteri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Casimiro Leoncio in the 56th minute of play. Natalio Saturnin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horacio Hanot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Natalio Saturnin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Horacio Hanot's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. If Horacio Hanot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Casimiro Leoncio in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Arturo Asteri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 78th minute, Casimiro Leoncio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 82 minutes into the game, David Horado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Moscovi's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Curacó AFC the free kick. After 82 played minutes Moscovi got a freekick which was hit by David Horado. Curacó AFC's Denis Eladio shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 83rd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Arturo Asteri but with some difficulty. The supporters of Curacó AFC booed when Moscovi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Espiridion didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Casimiro Leoncio in the 85th minute of play forced Moscovi's goalkeeper Arturo Asteri to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th minute, David Horado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Moscovi booed when Curacó AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denis Eladio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adolfo Ignado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Arturo Asteri read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. The Moscovi supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Curacó AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Curacó AFC.
