But to his dismay, Leonardo Perico quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 23rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Atletico Lugano Club's goalkeeper Ruperto Errolan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 28th minute, Atletico Lugano Club's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Adan Tximitx fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Adan Tximitx sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Tximitx in the 41st minute of play forced Atletico Lugano Club's goalkeeper Ruperto Errolan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruperto Errolan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adan Tximitx, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. If Ovidio Serafo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ovidio Serafo to make the kick off. The Garabato fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Garabato's Ovidio Serafo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ruperto Errolan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Serafo in the 55th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Garabato's Jeremias Dimas got a free kick in the 56th minute. After 61 played minutes Atletico Lugano Club got a freekick which was hit by Leonardo Perico. Atletico Lugano Club's Ruperto Errolan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adan Tximitx in the 66th minute of play. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 3-1 when Ovidio Serafo sped through Atletico Lugano Club's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ruperto Errolan. Adan Tximitx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Ruperto Errolan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ruperto Errolan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adan Tximitx in the 77th minute of play. Joel Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 85thth minute of the game Ovidio Serafo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atletico Lugano Club's Ruperto Errolan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Adan Tximitx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Errolan having to interfere. Ruperto Errolan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adan Tximitx, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Ovidio Serafo succeeded in the game's 90th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-1. Ruperto Errolan came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Garabato's Ovidio Serafo. But to his dismay, Ovidio Serafo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Garabato had played much better football throughout.
