After 19 played minutes Gral. Manchester got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Garin. Anier Chorache came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Garabato's Ovidio Serafo. But to his dismay, Ovidio Serafo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ovidio Serafo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Chorache having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ovidio Serafo in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anier Chorache prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Jacinto Erasto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anier Chorache showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Erasto in the 35th minute of the match. Gral. Manchester's Anier Chorache played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidio Serafo in the 37th minute of play. Anier Chorache showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Dimas, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Jacinto Erasto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ovidio Serafo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Anier Chorache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Bernabe Pelagius had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Jacinto Erasto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Garabato were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Gral. Manchester's Jacobo Modestio got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Simon Lizardi fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Garabato's protests and gave Simon Lizardi a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gral. Manchester booed when Garabato was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Simon Lizardi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ovidio Serafo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anier Chorache was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ovidio Serafo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 60 minute of play.
