After 8 played minutes CLORINDA FC got a freekick which was hit by Isidro Pinto. Alberto Janpiers short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Guillermo Tadzio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Guillermo Tadzio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isidro Bikendi's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Hector Belarmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pastor Guilabertus having to interfere. After a rather tough play, CLORINDA FC's Celestino Guillem got a free kick in the 20th minute. Alberto Janpier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 32nd minute, Isidro Bikendi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alberto Janpier in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Guillermo Tadzio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Isidro Bikendi struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Guillermo Tadzio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mhirmel Futbol Club. In the 41st minute, Javier Maxin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Janpier could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Guillermo Tadzio made a huge save. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 45th minute of the game. One of CLORINDA FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Mhirmel Futbol Club:s goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isidro Bikendi to make the kick off. Guillermo Tadzio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidro Bikendi in the 53rd minute of play. Alberto Janpier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. CLORINDA FC's Guillermo Tadzio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Janpier in the 62nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Alberto Janpier's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Guillermo Tadzio was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Isidro Bikendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Guillermo Tadzio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Janpier couldn't finish the play. Ezequiel Isadore hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Alberto Janpier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. But to his dismay, Isidro Bikendi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. 94 minutes into the match, CLORINDA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Maxin came free, but Guillermo Tadzio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isidro Bikendi in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Guillermo Tadzio saved CLORINDA FC from getting behind.
